We are centrally located and close to a lot of different experiences, which can provide lasting memories to families, with or without children, friends, groups, attendees of events or conferences, training partners and hikers.
From GIVSKUD ZOO HOSTEL it takes 20 min. by car to Billund, where you will find LEGOLAND, LEGO House, Lalandia, WOW-Park and Billund Airport.
In our local area lies part of the country’s most essential hiking trail, the Ox Road. It is the oldest road in Denmark and has been the main road though Jutland since antiquity. On the Ox Road you will meet the history of Denmark.
A 10 min. drive from Givskud is Jelling, a UNESCO World Heritage site, which has a unique placement in the Danish Viking history.
The drive to Vejle is also only 20 min. Here shopping and cultural events awaits you.
Other places to visit only 30 min. away are Herning, known for its many trade shows, and Horsens where there are exhibitions, events, concerts and shopping centers.
Our location is central, easily found and a good starting point for a pleasant vacation.
