Around the park
The best way to see GIVSKUD ZOO - ZOOTOPIA is by car and on foot. The tour around the park varies as there are three vehicle routes and three walking areas, each with its own car park. Leave your car in the car park. Walk around to see all the animals that are kept in enclosures and houses. You can drive through the three vehicle routes either in your own car or on the Safari Bus (see below).
Paths
The paths in GIVSKUD ZOO - ZOOTOPIA are gravelled and suitable for wheelchairs. Please note that there are some small inclines en route.
Safari Bus limitations
The bus driver gives information about the animals we meet en route. This is transmitted via telecoil so everyone on the bus can hear the commentary.
The Safari Bus has no wheelchair lift and is only accessible for wheelchair users who are able to climb into the bus by themselves or with assistance from a carer. We recommend therefore that wheelchair users cover the safari route in their own vehicle.
