Pteranodon
Pteranodon means ”toothless wing”
Pteranodon wasn’t actually a dinosaur, but a flying reptile. In fact, it wasn’t even the predecessor of the birds we know today, even though it had a toothless beak and could fly. Pteranodon’s wings were made of skin and were not covered with feathers. It was able to cover huge distances, and may have flown like an albatross.
